Latin America. Christie officially presented the Christie FHQ552-T, Christie FHQ842-T and Christie FHQ981-L flat panels, in three different sizes: 55", 84" and 98". Following its preview at InfoComm 2015, the 98-inch panel won the Sound & Vision Contractor Award for its "Innovation, Performance in its Category, Richness/Relevance of Performance, Ease of Installation/Maintenance, and Value/Return on Investment."
The three panels are perfect in meeting rooms, offices, company lobbies and architectural exhibitions, and can be combined with the Christie Brio, the Christie Spyder and the Christie Pandoras Box media server.
Available from October, the Christie FHQ552-T accommodates 10 touch points and features built-in speakers and an OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) slot.
The Christie FHQ842-T arrives to replace the FHQ841-T. It is a powerful and versatile 84-inch display, especially suitable for large format presentations and collaboration applications. With built-in 10-point multitouch capability, the Christie FHQ842-T can be used in interactive applications, whiteboards and meeting room situations.
As Andy Clipsham, Christie's senior product manager, says, "If you want an affordable LCD solution with multitouch capabilities, end users don't have to look any further: the Christie FHQ552-T and FHQ842-T will give them everything they need. The two models are plug-and-play, offer professional-grade durability for user peace of mind, and are compatible with Crestron or similar systems."
The Christie FHQ981-L is a 98-inch flat panel for the emission of images of the highest quality, contrast and richness of color, perfect for business environments, educational, places of worship, small control rooms and digital signage applications. With a canvas with no noticeable divisions, this versatile 98-inch panel stands as an alternative to traditional 46-inch 2 x 2 mosaic displays. In addition, it is compatible with digital signage devices and media players such as the Christie Spyder or the Christie Pandoras Box. The FHQ981-L also includes built-in speakers, multi-window capability and an OPS slot that ensures full compatibility with digital signage devices and plug-in media players.
