Playmixes SA announced that it will use Aerva Inc.'s digital signage technology on 700 screens that will be located in restaurants and nightclubs around Mexico, where music videos interspersed with advertisements will be presented. This installation will be carried out after having carried out, for two years, different tests with other similar systems on the market.Chili's, California Pizza Kitchen, Papa Bill's, along with Chocolate City, Loma Linda, Freedom, Ocean Drive and Skybar, among others, will be some of the establishments where these playlists will be seen. "Features like audio normalization between videos, randomizing and selecting between videos make the work of our DJ's much easier," said Walter Arias, co-founder and CEO of Playmixes.
Aerva's system is used as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), through web applications with cloud computing infrastructure. In addition, Aerva integrated its MoApp mobile platform with Mexican operators, making it possible for SMS and mobile applications to coexist with the digital music video system.
