AudioTechnica introduced microphones for content creation

Mexico. In its participation in Sound:check Xpo, which takes place in Mexico City this week, the company Audio-Technica presented the microphones for mounting in stereo / mono camera AT8024, the USB microphones of cardioid condenser AT2020USB+ and AT2020USBi, the digital wireless system for mounting in camera System 10, the dynamic microphone for broadcasts of large diaphragm BP40 and the dynamic cardioid microphone USB /XLR AT2005USB.

The company highlighted that these microphones have been chosen by, among others, podcasters, social media and YouTube personalities, journalists, interviewers, live broadcast professionals, voiceover artists and musicians in the.

Thanks to its lightweight design and feature-rich features, the AT8024 microphone is ideal for video production, outdoor interviews, product demonstrations, and wherever high-quality audio capture is needed. Internally matrixed mono cardioid and mid-lateral stereo selectable modes provide flexibility to focus recording on a single sound source or to expand the field for outstanding sound realism. In addition, switchable filters and attenuators further increase your flexibility.

The AT2020USBi microphone is suitable for tasks such as podcasting, live streaming to iOS devices, and voiceover. Based on the praised AT2020 model, this digital micro incorporates an analog/digital converter and a 24-bit/96 kHz sample rate, USB and Lightning connector cables and an integrated gain control.

From the same family, the AT2020USB+ microphone is suitable for podcasting, home studio recordings, live streaming and voiceover. Equipped with a USB output, the AT2020USB+ microphone also features an integrated headphone jack with volume control, which allows direct and lag-free monitoring, with a mix control that combines microphone signal and pre-recorded audio. The micro cardioid supports 16-bit, 44.1/48 kHz sample rates.

The System 10 wireless camera mount system is ideal for video production, electronic news capture (ENG) and any mobile application. The receiver offers a large number of mounting options to attach to a wide variety of cameras and recording devices. The microphones of the System 10 digital wireless system guarantee multilayer diversity, with instant selection of channels, as well as synchronization and configuration in the 2.4 GHz band, which does not require a license and is free of TV interference. The system is available in pouch and handheld configurations with an audio resolution of 24 bits/48 kHz.

The BP40 large aperture dynamic microphone is suitable for podcasting, live streaming and broadcasting. The advanced design of the microphone includes a multi-layer internal windshield, and offers a rich and natural, condenser-like sound. The optimized placement of the capsule focuses the audio on the speaker to maintain an imposing vocal presence free of electromagnetic interference and occlusive sounds.

The last featured microphone is the AT2005USB model, ideal for voice over IP (VoIP), podcasting and, thanks to the fact that it has a USB output and an XLR analog output, it can be used in recordings on stages, studios and outdoors. The AT2005USB cardioid microphone also includes a headphone output with level control for monitoring.

"Audio-Technica is pleased to showcase some of its most popular products for content creators," said Gary Boss, Director of Marketing/Professional Markets at Audio-Technica U.S. "These products are affordable and easy to use, even for users without the expertise of great audio professionals."
