Solutions for all AV segments will take Sony

ISE. Sony's proposal for ISE 2017 is to offer industry-leading solutions that leverage technical innovation to deliver ultra-realistic imaging and improve understanding among students, customers and co-workers.

Audiovisual professionals will discover how Sony is revolutionizing collaboration and communication methods in a wide range of corporate and educational environments.

Visitors to the Sony stand will be able to experience the following innovations:

•    Clarity and realism of Cledis technology. Sony's ultimate display solution for large screens, Cledis, delivers ultra-realistic 8K visual experiences by combining a high-contrast image (over 1,000,000:1) with a stunning brightness of 1,000 nits, all without artifacts, thanks to the uniform intensity of brightness. The unique pixel circuit achieves ultra-fast video response time with a frame rate of 120 fps – perfect for displaying fast-moving content at a viewing angle of nearly 180 degrees.

•    Image quality for simulation and entertainment applications. Sony will showcase its range of SXRD projection solutions to enhance the areas of industrial design, CAD, flight simulation, scientific research, healthcare, amusement parks, planetariums, visiting spaces and much more. The models exhibited at the ISE 2017 fair will include the VPL-GT280, with the power of 5000 lumens of brightness.

•    Real-time multimedia exchange and collaboration, designed to inspire active learning in universities, faculties and corporate meeting rooms. Sony's new collaboration solution will allow users to share multimedia content in real time from their own portable devices during classes, in brainstorming sessions or in collaborative workgroup meetings. Participants can join the conversation remotely and share material using traditional video conferencing systems. Content can be streamed online or archived with Optical Disc Archive and, by connecting to the Ubicast recording system, it is possible to record sessions for review at any other time. The show will see a demonstration of the simple SRG-120DU Full HD PTZ camera with remote control, along with a demonstration of a new Sony laser projector.

•    Versatile corporate and touchscreen solutions. Sony will showcase the variety of its BRAVIA® range of professional monitors, which combines industry-leading image quality with excellent reliability, reduced operating costs and interchangeable professional performance. This includes the TDM digital signage system software, which simplifies and streamlines the creation of engaging multimedia experiences, making it ideal for reception areas, school sports facilities and cafeterias. Our new touch screen solution makes BRAVIA® a giant touch monitor, ideal for interacting with customers in offices, universities, shops and visiting spaces. The best BRAVIA® B2B family to date now includes the 100" FWD-100ZD9501, which delivers 4K HDR image quality for high-end corporate applications, digital signage and post-production.

•    Live production solutions for recording team meetings, presentations and conferences. Sony's complete live production solutions make recording team meetings, presentations and conferences in Full HD or 4K for streaming and sharing with users around the world easier than ever. Stream and share content with the HXR-NX5R Full HD handheld camcorder, MCX-500 four-channel mixer and Sony RM-30BP multifunction remote control. Plus, use the latest generation of Optical Disc Archive solutions for secure, long-term storage with instant access to all your files in a new workflow.
