International. InFocus Corporation has acquired the video wall and business collaboration from Jupiter Systems. Jupiter's solutions make access to critical visual information simple, secure and reliable, and complement InFocus' established ecosystem, expanding its offering of video wall processor technology, with a 360-degree view of the operations of any control room, conference room, and mobile devices.
This acquisition enables InFocus to provide end-to-end collaboration solutions and become the single provider for customers' collaboration technology needs.

Effective immediately, Jupiter Systems, which operates and manufactures in Hayward, CA, becomes a product line for InFocus' control room and business collaboration solutions. All Jupiter employees are now members of the InFocus team and both the Jupiter product line office in Hayward and the InFocus corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon, will operate as usual.
Both companies, each with 30 years of experience, are recognized as leading brands in the display and visual collaboration industries. Cross-pollination of technologies and solutions will extend into benefits for customers of all kinds.
