AVI Latin America to Gather Latinos at InfoComm Show

InfoComm. In a week begins a new version of InfoComm Show, which this year will bring together the latest in audiovisual technology in Orlando, Florida. Therefore, we present some of the events that Latinos who visit the fair will be able to take advantage of.

InfoComm will have the International Business Center, a space that will be  located on level 1, of the Orange County Convention Center (West Concourse). This business center will offer international visitors the check-in desk with multilingual staff, business meeting rooms, internet access, complimentary refreshments, among others. It will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from Wednesday 17 to Friday 19 June.

At the end of the first day of the fair, the international reception will be held, an event that InfoComm holds annually so that professionals from the region and the world can share. It will be on Wednesday, June 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Hotel, Plaza H. Please note that the entrance fee is included in the check-in.

On Thursday, June 18, at 7:30 a.m., women from the AV Industry from around the world are invited to participate in the InfoComm Women's Breakfast. This breakfast will talk about his career in the sector, among other topics. To attend it is not necessary to be a member of InfoComm. Value: US$50 for members and non-members.

Participate in the meeting of the Latin American audiovisual group that will be held at the fair in Orlando. Take this opportunity to meet the InfoComm team in Latin America, and exchange ideas with your colleagues, generate new contacts and learn about the news that the Association has for the region while sharing with other professionals a light breakfast at the beginning of the last day of the fair. This meeting will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. 

And as is tradition, AVI Latin America magazine will hold its Latin Festival, in which professionals from the audiovisual industry of the region present in Orlando will be able to enjoy an evening with Latin music and live orchestra at Cuba Libre Restaurant, on Thursday, June 18, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
