Epson recognized for best video viewing of the year

Latin America. Epson was recognized as "Video Display Product of the Year" for its PowerLite Pro Cinema LS10000 video projection equipment. The projector, with 4K enhancement and reflective and laser 3LCD technology, has been named for the prestigious Mark of Excellence awards presented by the TechHome Division of the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), which distinguishes the best products of installed technology and custom integration.

Selected by an independent panel of industry and media experts specializing in recognition of achievements in innovation, design and development, this award emphasizes Epson's commitment to providing high-performance projectors to demanding consumers and home entertainment installers.

The Pro Cinema LS10000 was developed to meet the needs of today's most demanding home entertainment consumers, delivering incredible clear images with a luminosity of up to 1,500 lumens of colored light and 1,500 lumens of white light, exceptional contrast and an advanced set of calibration tools.

With advanced technology developed by the company's R&D team, the Pro Cinema LS10000 projector combines Epson's new reflective 3LCD technology and laser light source to deliver an unprecedented absolute black contrast ratio and one of the widest color gamuts in the industry. Also, the projector has 4K enhancement technology that provides incredible sharpness, clarity and detail, moving each pixel diagonally by 0.5 pixels to double the resolution and exceed the Full HD image quality.

"The Epson Pro Cinema LS10000 projector combines the most advanced projection technology we have ever developed, and we are honored to have the CEA recognize Epson's commitment to delivering unmatched image quality and performance standard," said Jason Palmer, Epson Americas Marketing Manager.
