Latin America. Globant and Premium Restaurants of America (PRA), operator of brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC and Starbucks, are working on transforming Starbucks' digital and loyalty experience in El Salvador, Guatemala and Costa Rica, creating personalized connections with their customers through a unified digital ecosystem.
Thanks to the integration of Salesforce solutions such as Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Data Cloud, PRA was able to automate the management of the Starbucks Rewards program, optimize personalization, and unify its customer data, achieving a more agile and close experience. The project included:
- Connecting store systems into a seamless experience that balances standardization and regional adaptation.
- The automation of personalized campaigns.
- The integration of data sources to create customer profiles that enable advanced segmentation and predictive analytics.
The new platform allowed for increased authentication rates in Starbucks Rewards, improved campaign openings and increased transactionality, consolidating customer loyalty and engagement with the brand.
