Latin America. Samsung has expanded its offer of personalized services for small and medium-sized businesses in Latin America and transforms its customer service for entrepreneurs into a comprehensive brand experience, which includes consulting, installation, maintenance, specialized technical support and payment facilities.
These solutions to the needs of SMEs, in addition to the sale of products, are part of the Smart Xperience concept. For this reason, Samsung is training teams specialized in advising entrepreneurs, optimizing resources and identifying the most efficient solutions for each business model.
In turn, specialized technical support for SMEs guarantees the correct and effective installation of the products. This not only minimizes downtime, but also ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of products in an accessible and agile way.
"Samsung's new approach to SMBs is innovative in many ways. Both our team of experts and differential services help our customers solve their problems and achieve success in their businesses," said Billy Moreira, Senior Director of Customer Satisfaction at Samsung for Latin America.
Support and guidance
Another service offered by Smart Xperience for SMEs is continuous guidance, which is offered free of charge to the brand's customers. With practical and up-to-date content, this support helps to manage your Samsung products efficiently, safely and with the best possible use.
By integrating generative AI features into tablets, smartphones, and laptops, Samsung has been a pioneer in putting features such as real-time translation, automatic document summaries, and intelligent appointment organization in the hands of entrepreneurs. This has streamlined day-to-day tasks and strengthened collaboration between teams, even when working remotely.
"We want our customers to have the autonomy and confidence to use Samsung's solutions in their day-to-day business. That's why our commitment goes beyond product delivery, offering expert knowledge, support and a long-term partnership," Moreira added.
SMB growth and digital transformation
Samsung's investment comes against a promising backdrop in Latin America. Data from the Atlántico report on digital transformation highlight the relevance of SMEs for the regional economy, as more than 98% of companies in Latin America are small and medium-sized.
When analyzing the digital maturity of these companies, 55% are still indifferent to digital, with little or no effort focused on digitization. In addition, 44% have a digital strategy, but with a short-term focus. In several important and fragmented sectors in Latin America, such as health, food and education, there is a great opportunity for digitalization and, therefore, major transformations.
"Digital transformation is no longer an option and has become a priority for companies that want to maintain their competitiveness in an increasingly digital market. Technologies are key in this process. And in the face of the specific challenge of digitizing small and medium-sized enterprises, integrated B2B solutions, which combine technology, connectivity, security and specialized technical service, guarantee the necessary support for an efficient and secure transition," said André Peixoto, Senior Director of Samsung's Integrated B2B Offering for Latin America.
