Colombia. The representative of professional audio brands for the Colombian market, Boutique Pro Audio, with a ten-year track record in the professional audio industry, is looking for a highly qualified Commercial Director to boost its growth and global expansion.

The company works with different professional audio sectors, such as recording studios, live sound, acoustic materials and audiovisual installations. Boutique Pro Audio works with renowned brands such as Audix, Focal, Audient, L'Acoustics, ATC Loudspeakers, Earthworks, RME Audio, Digigram, ISINAC, among others.

United Kingdom, France, Spain, Russia, among other countries. We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Commercial Director, with proven experience in opening new markets, developing the distribution network and creating new high-profile accounts. We seek to expand our projects in the audiovisual installation sector and take our company to new horizons of success".

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective business strategy to drive the growth of the company.
- Identify and open new national and international markets, establishing solid relationships with customers and strategic allies.
- Develop and manage a global distribution network, ensuring efficient coverage and optimal distribution of our products in the national territory.
- Generate new high-profile accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Keep track of the market and trends, keeping abreast of the latest innovations in the professional audio industry.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of at least 7 years in commercial roles, preferably in the professional or related audio industry.
- Proven track record of success in opening new markets and developing a global distribution network.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close successful business deals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Results oriented, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of the professional audio industry and understanding of the needs and demands of the market can be favorable.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
