ICREA certified for the ninth year Claro DataCenter

Colombia. Claro's Triara Data Center, located on the Bogotá-Medellín Highway, received, for the ninth consecutive year, the world-class High Security, High Avalilable World Class Quality Assurance (HSHA-WCQA) Level V certification, this topology delivers 99.999% availability with redundant configuration without single points of failure (PUF).

Claro Colombia's Triara Data Center is one of the most modern and important in South America. From there, managed and professional services, including cloud infrastructure capabilities, are served for companies in all sectors of the economy, and countries in the Andean and Caribbean region. An example of this is that about 80% of the country's financial services industry relies on this data center and its team of qualified professionals, who have the highest cloud and cybersecurity certifications.

Currently, Claro Colombia has four Data Centers in the country. In addition to the Triara Data Center on the outskirts of the capital, it has another in Bogotá, located in Ortezal. A third in MegaCenter, in Medellín, put into operation in 2019, and the fourth in Alkarawi, Barranquilla. All operate with world-class infrastructure and 100% national talent.

ICREA is an independent non-profit organization that seeks to ensure that computer centers have adequate electrical installations, security of facilities and communication, as well as a safe environment and correct governance. The Claro Colombia Datacenter also has the following certifications: ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 90001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 45001:2018,ISO14001:2015,PCI-DSS,We are certified SAP partner.
