Latin America. Hall Technologies introduced its Discovery Series, a solution that offers a cost-effective 4K extension with flexible USB and HDMI capabilities for video conferencing. These kits were specifically designed to address signal extension to multiple participants in classrooms, meeting spaces, or conference rooms.
"Discovery is an HDBaseT wall board receiver and transmitter kit that natively pairs with software codec video conferencing applications like Zoom, Teams, Skype, WebEx, and more. With transmitter wall plate options available for the US and UK, Discovery makes collaboration easy and seamless with support for resolutions up to 4K. In higher education applications, Discovery extenders are an ideal solution as they support remote and face-to-face learning," said Ken Eagle, vice president of technology at Hall Technologies.
He added, "Similarly, for conference rooms and meeting spaces, Discovery provides an easy way to communicate and share ideas using USB peripherals such as cameras and speakerphones. The Discovery series is now available on 1 Gang and 2 Gang wall plate transmitters and is combined with a universal Discovery receiver. Hall also offers an American and British version of the Discovery 2Gang transmitter.
