Covix Group opened new headquarters in Panama

Grupo Covix nueva sede Panamá

Latin America. The new offices of Grupo Covix are a strategic decision, as they respond to the fact that Panama is a key point for its operations in the center and south of the continent.

For the Covix Group, opening offices in Panama is an important step for its growth, in addition to enhancing its presence and reach in Latin America, this expansion allows them to carry out, in a more comfortable way, several projects located in the region. In that sense, having new headquarters further directs its priority of generating differentiation with its competitors, an issue that materializes with strategies such as having more facilities and quality services, having certified technicians and also facing in an agile way the difficulties to meet the needs of customers.

Then, the opening of Grupo Covix Central America S.A. will make it easier to cover business areas in countries such as Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and of course Panama. Likewise, it will facilitate working with their portfolios in Latin America, in order to give a greater boost to solutions such as monitoring centers (in their typologies C5s, C5i, C4s and C2s), physical security, boardrooms, auditoriums and video walls, among others.

Juan Carlos Alcázar, general manager of Grupo Covix, told us that "the biggest challenge of opening this new office, after having spent almost 2 years of pandemic and having some uncertainty with the different markets, was to dare to materialize this project that we had been planning for years. We take into account that there are cultural differences in the way we do business throughout Latin America, so we will always look for ways to adapt." He added: "This new headquarters adds to the service office we opened in Guadalajara last year, as well as our distribution offices in Miami. So, the opening of Grupo Covix Central America will allow us to provide a better service and service time to our customers in that region."
