Bose and Sennheiser offer a collaboration solution

Latin America. Bose Professional introduced the Bose ES1 Ceiling Audio Solution, a powerful ceiling-to-ceiling audio solution for conference rooms, optimized for working with unified communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams.

The solution, currently in the certification process for Microsoft Teams, ensures a seamless technology experience, meaning there are no audio devices placed on the walls or on the surface of a room's board table.

The Bose ES1 Ceiling Audio Solution, which consists of the use of three Bose Professional products: the ControlSpace EX-440C conference audio signal processor, the EdgeMax EM180 speaker for ceiling flush installation, the PowerSpace P2600A amplifier; and the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2) microphone, is an ideal solution for the integration of a reliable and modern image meeting room, of almost any dimension.

This solution is part of the Bose Work concept, which the company presented at the ISE 2020 (Integrated Systems Europe) technology fair. The current concept of conferencing focuses on collaboration, and a better conference goes beyond technology. It's about allowing people to connect and collaborate freely, without having to focus on technology or worry about whether the equipment works.

Bose Professional and Sennheiser, two leading brands passionate about audio, have teamed up to provide a unified, ceiling-to-ceiling communications solution that delivers the ideal audio quality and performance that a conference room should deliver every day.

"We're pleased to bring together three great brands —Bose, Sennheiser and Microsoft—to deliver a Microsoft Teams Rooms audio solution that's transparent within any space," shared Martin Bodley, Director of Emerging Business at Bose Professional. "Our EdgeMax ceiling speaker is truly unique in that it uses Bose PhaseGuide technology to deliver pure, natural audio uniformly throughout the room. And, when combined with the Sennheiser TCC2 ceiling microphone, the Dante-enabled DSP (Digital Signal Processor) of the Bose ControlSpace EX, and the PowerSpace P2600A amplifier, the results are a first-class solution that is easy to install, manage and maintain."

In the ideal concept of collaboration, users must have the necessary resources to work together through the use of technology, not hindered by it. The Bose ES1 Ceiling Audio Solution combines superior performance and refined aesthetics for that time when "good enough" isn't enough, offering a fully integrated meeting room solution that will shape the future of unified communications experiences.
