Grupo Discabos expects to grow by 30% in 2020

Brazil. In the last year, the Discabos Group has concentrated on growing as a business partner of integrators in Brazil, for which it has added important brands in order to complement its audio, video and automation portfolio for integrators both large, medium and small.

Tiziano Mazza, Marketing Manager of the Discabos Group, spoke with AVI LATINOAMÉRICA about the company's plans, made after listening to its customers and in accordance with the demands they perceive from the market.

"Our goal is to be a 'one-stop shop' for integrators and, therefore, to make them rely on the Discabos Group as their main solution provider, to be able to better use their time for the development of new projects and to worry less about the purchasing part," he said.

Today the company has 15 brands in its portfolio, including Crestron, one of the most recent. And although it has more than one brand for audio and video systems, they complement or reach different markets. For example, they have brands to serve integrators with an intermediate profile and high-quality brands. They have products for 9 segments of audio, video and automation.

These include cabling, equipment for managing and distributing video signals, tools and connectors for assembling uncollered cables, complete solutions for professional sound, automation, professional monitors, room appointment management and signaling systems, and professional network management equipment.

On the results of 2019 and the plans for the year that begins for the Discabos Group, Tiziano Mazza commented that "2019 was a great year for the Discabos Group, we ended with an expected result, already with a series of orders activated to deliver at the beginning of this year. We expect to increase our revenue by more than 30% this year. Our goal is to strengthen relationships with integrators, show them that we want to be a long-term partner, not just make a sale."

The Discabos Group will participate from April 14 to 16 in InfoComm Brasil 2020, a fair in which it will show the novelties of the brands it represents, among them there will be intelligent systems for meeting rooms, videoconferences, management of AV equipment through the cloud, use of equipment and much more.

Finally, Tiziano Mazza commented that "at the end of last year we lost my father and founder of Grupo Discabos, Giuseppe Mazza. We will continue his work by always remembering all the legacy he left."
