Mexico. Epson announced the appointment of Mario Pedreros as the new Regional Director for Mexico. Among his responsibilities are the design of the business strategy, increasing knowledge in Epson's solutions in the market, maintaining an effective and successful operation of the subsidiary and continuing its growth. His position took effect on July 15.
Mario is a senior executive with extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly in the print, software and services segment. He is a person with a strategic vision and leadership capacity that adapts quickly to changes and with extensive expertise in leading sales, services and operations teams, and a focus on building and growing strong businesses in Latin American markets.
Throughout his career, Pedreros has obtained important proven achievements in the organizations in which he has collaborated. Before joining Epson, Mario Pedreros contributed his knowledge and experience to companies such as Novell, LinkIT Latam and Lexmark, in the latter he spent more than 14 years at the head of different subsidiaries in the most important markets in Latin America (Colombia, Brazil and Mexico) and as head of regional sales positions and distribution channels.
