Vogel's seeks to bring its products throughout Latin America

Ruud van SchaayLatin America. Vogel's is a manufacturer of mounting systems for European audio and video equipment that in 2017 arrived in Latin America in order to bring its products to the industry in the region.

Ruud van Schaay, general manager of Vogel's professional solutions division, spoke to AVI LATINOAMÉRICA about interest in the region and plans to grow in this market.

"After being positioned in Europe, the Middle East and Australia, we look for growth opportunities for our products and identify that in Latin America we can grow and help Latinos with our assembly solutions."

For 45 years Vogel's has been manufacturing assembly solutions for equipment such as monitors, televisions, projectors, tablets, among others, which are constantly used in the professional audiovisual industry.

Ruud van Schaay pointed out that the company stands out because it uses aluminum to make its products and has very interesting designs. In addition, it has an important support in the projects carried out. For example, in Europe it is a partner of Samsung, LG, NEC and Philips. Other brands such as Starbucks and Subway also use Vogel's assembly solutions in their stores.

To achieve this growth in the region, the company is relying on Footprint Latin America to get distributors in each country. This is how it has reached agreements with Automa to serve the markets of Colombia and Panama and Chroma Digital in Mexico. Soon they will be announcing new distributors in other markets in the region, such as Chile.

Footprint Latin America (FPLA) continues to act as Vogel's local service center to ensure its distributors an optimal product, as well as service, sales and marketing support.
