Novastar continues to grow in Latam

Mexico. The company Novastar remains firm with its intention to grow in the Latin American market, for which it has carried out different activities in the region. One of them was the participation in the last version of SoundCheck Xpo.

AVI LATINOAMÉRICA spoke with Isidro 石秉轩, International Marketing Specialist of Novastar, who told what they are doing in the region:

AVI: How was Soundcheck Xpo 2017 for Novastar?
Isidro:
It can be said that our first exhibition was a success, not only because we showed our products perfectly, but also because we were able to meet more Mexican customers. The Expo of Mexico can be said to be enthusiastic, not only the exhibition place is very warm, more importantly, the enthusiasm of Mexican friends. Soundcheck a Nova is also more opportunities and challenges, and we return to the customer friendlier products and the most complete service.

AVI: What new products did Novastar introduce at the show?
Isidro:
To this exhibition we brought the three main product lines. Our products ace ---- calibration system, our set of equipment is particularly suitable for multi-batch correction and correction of the entire screen. The video processor is all our Latin market to bring the most amazing product, not just the function of the adjustment, more important, from the program in the perfect support. The last one is our asynchronous product, the most suitable for solid advertising screen, easy to operate, functional and strong.

AVI: What is the market focus for Novastar in Latin America?
Isidro:
Our most important job at this stage is how to get more customers to understand us, so that our products serve more customers. Not only in the products and services to help customers, what is more important, is to establish a good cooperative relationship with customers, to achieve a concept of win-win cooperation for Nova in all Latino work that allows to lay a solid foundation.

What is Novastar's presence in the Latin American audiovisual industry?
Isidro:
Friendly products, meticulous service, the perfect solution, is our philosophy of working the Latin American market. We have to treat every customer, to help in the use of products, and so our market share in Latin America gradually increases, supported by incessant research, development and 24 hours of online support.
