Mexico. Pioneer Electronics reported that it has been recognized with four International Dance Music Awards 2015 (IDMA), including the "Manufacturer of the Year", the most important award given to manufacturing companies in the world of DJ and electronic music.
The International Dance Music Awards (IDMA), is the great celebration where the most outstanding companies, products, record labels, music clubs, producers and DJs of the previous year are awarded.
The awards ceremony was held at the 31st edition of the International Dance Music Awards, within the Winter Music Conference 2016 (WMC 2016), where about 10 thousand professionals from the music industry, producers and DJs from more than 70 countries meet, in the city of Miami, Florida.
The 2015 International Dance Music Awards for Pioneer went for:
Best DJ Product Manufacturer 2015: For the ninth time since this category was established in 2008, Pioneer has been chosen as the DJ product manufacturer that has contributed the most to the advancement of the electronic music industry.
Best Player 2015: The CDJ-2000NXS is the first DJ player compatible with mobile devices via USB or WiFi, thanks to the advances of the Rekordbok® software that facilitates communication with iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and Android smartphones or tablets to create playlists and save music.
Best Mixer 2015: This award was won by the DJM-900 NXS digital mixer, which stands out for being a high performance team and multiple effects options for professional DJs. It has four audio channels, is compatible with computer equipment, as well as the PRO DJ LINK function and the TRAKTOR and REKORDBOX programs.
Best New Product 2015: The fourth of the awards goes to the innovative DJM-S9 mixer. This two-channel equipment for Serato DJ, stands out for the presence of a fully customizable magnetic crossfader, Performance Pads and touch FX buttons, which allows it to be customized according to the DJ's preferences. The DJM-S9 inherits its most outstanding features from the legendary DJM-2000NXS.
