Under that premise, Avid was participating in Soundcheck Expo, in Mexico. Ángel Ylisastigui told AVI LATINOAMÉRICA that due to the strength that this country is taking in the production of audio, film and television, they exhibited two consoles that are the latest of the company for production.
The first is the Venue S6L, the most advanced there is for live sound, works directly with ProTools and can be designed to the user's need. The second console is the S6, which serves both for television production, so channels are using it, as an audio recording.
Ángel Ylisastigui concluded that "Mexico is developing very quickly, both in the audio and video parts. In the country many recording and post-production studios are being created, cinema is also growing and even with important oscar nominations in sound. Mexico is becoming a global force for creativity."
