Colombia. Until February 14, those interested in studying academic programs of professional, technological and university technical training in areas of Information Technologies, can register for the IT Talent scholarship, through the website www.icetex.gov.co
The requirements and conditions to access this Program are:
1. The person must be admitted to a higher education institution in careers in the area of knowledge of IT (Information Technologies) and related (professional, technological and university technical levels). It may be in accredited or non-accredited universities in high quality.
2. Must have obtained a score equal to or greater than 230 on the Saber 11 tests.
3. It can be accessed by any young person interested in advancing studies in IT training.
4. The credit will be forgivable by up to 75%, for students who meet the Sisbén cut-off points for access to subsidy. In the case of the young person who does not meet the Cut-off points of Sisbén for access to subsidy, 50% of the credit will be forgiven.
5. The forgiveness will be subject to the advancement of a project in the software development community led by MINTIC.
6. To access the subsidy, the person concerned must be classified within the cut-off points of version III of the SISBEN.

• Area 2 (Metropolitan): 52.72
• Area 3 (Rural): 34.79
7. Have a solidary co-debtor
8. Not to be a delinquent debtor of ICETEX.
9. Not have another active credit in the ICETEX that has not been canceled at least 50% of the total value.
