Ricoh Mexicana Announces New CEO

Mexico. Ricoh Mexicana announced the appointment of Jesús García Santos as the new General Director in order to continue strengthening the positioning of the Japanese multinational in the country. Ricoh Mexicana has been led for the last 7 years by Jairo Méndez Munar, who remains in the management team as Regional Vice President in Ricoh Latin America in charge of Mexico & Colombia.

Currently, information has become the soul of business and the volumes of digital data continue to grow, that is why García will lead the mission to continue strengthening and positioning Ricoh Mexicana as a true business partner of organizations in their goal of making efficient and optimizing critical processes and achieving the profitability and productivity they want.

Another of Ricoh's main objectives is to empower all ecosystem of customers, channels and partners with scalable, holistic and environmentally friendly products and solutions that perfectly allow, capture, transform and manage information and at all times delight customers through certified professionals who provide an unparalleled quality of service. 

In recent years, Ricoh has considerably increased its portfolio of IT services by betting and focusing on several verticals of the economy in order to accompany them in their digital transformation. At the same time, it is also making it possible for companies to adapt to the new work styles demanded by generations such as Millennials with comprehensive remote collaboration solutions.

Jesús' experience, insight and knowledge of the business innovation landscape, coupled with his leadership capabilities combine what is required to keep Ricoh Mexicana at the highest level of operational excellence in the local market.

Jesús García has more than 21 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, channel management and key account management. He holds a degree in Business Development and Emerging Markets from Harvard Business School (Boston, USA) and IPADE (Mexico City).
