The audiovisual industry is very varied in terms of the number of segments it serves. Its technology provides solutions and makes life easier for a large number of sectors.
Undoubtedly, one of the ones that has grown the most in recent years are churches and houses of worship. Religious leaders have made AV technology their main ally to reach their message of faith more dynamically and to a greater number of parishioners. This has generated a significant turnover for manufacturers, distributors and integrators in the industry.
In Latin America we have important churches and houses of worship, with places that stand out for the capacity to accommodate thousands of people in their ceremonies. And so that each of those thousands of people can receive the message without interruptions during religious ceremonies, technology is the main ally.
But in these spaces they no longer only have audio and video of the best quality. In many cases, today they have nothing to envy in terms of technology to the big stages of shows. They are equipped with lighting, virtual sets, radio and video production equipment for their streaming channels, almost always with the latest technology.
In the 2nd edition of 2023 of AVI Latin America you will find two articles dedicated to AV solutions for churches and houses of worship, one focused on audio technology and another on the needs of AV professionals to control these spaces.
