Ricoh Mexico opens new offices

Ricoh México abre nuevas oficinas

Mexico. Ricoh LATAM inaugurated its new Ricoh offices in Mexico City, in which the company has invested approximately $1,000,000 USD. A comfortable, inspiring and collaborative workplace of 1,328 square meters, which allows more than 380 employees to experience first-hand an exceptional technological experience in the workplace with Ricoh solutions and equipment.

Workspaces for limitless collaboration and creativity
Since its inception, Ricoh LATAM has always focused on connecting people, processes and technology, allowing companies to focus on accelerating their digital adoption. With this mission in mind, and with the intention that both employees and customers can see the applicability of the Ricoh portfolio live, the new Ricoh Mexico offices were designed.

These include technology to meet the flexibility, agility and mobility needs of employees, but also ensure business continuity through security and regulatory compliance. They are equipped with modern and intelligent meeting rooms, state-of-the-art solutions for video conferencing, as well as interactive displays. This allows employees to easily connect and collaborate across teams, schedules, and locations, improving productivity and fostering innovation.

"We are very proud to inaugurate Ricoh Mexico's new offices that are now a tangible reflection of our position as a leader in digital services, and an example of how we continue to reaffirm our direct presence in the Latin American region. We are convinced that in Mexico there are many opportunities to continue accelerating the digital adoption of companies with a portfolio of solutions that adjusts to the challenges of industries and that help them improve the technological experience in the workplace by automating processes to be more efficient," says Diego Imperio, President and CEO of Ricoh LATAM.

Within the offices, the "Ricoh Innovation Lounge" (RIL) was also integrated, an Innovation and Co-Creation Center for Technological Solutions that aims for customers to experience Ricoh's technology in an immersive way and "co-create" and build together the solutions they need to accelerate their digital adoption; and thus increase their productivity, profitability and competitive advantage in today's markets. It is important to note that this is the third "Ricoh Innovation Lounge" that Ricoh LATAM has opened since last year, being the first in Costa Rica and the second in Colombia.

"These new offices are a reflection of how we envision at Ricoh Mexico the optimal experience in digital workspaces, where new work styles are combined with the flexibility, agility and mobility needs of both face-to-face and remote employees. A place where innovation and collaboration are the norm as we know that experience on the job has become a fundamental pillar for the growth of organizations," says Nelson Morales, Managing Director of Ricoh Mexico.

To promote sustainability and environmental protection, in these new offices, Ricoh Mexico encourages employees to actively participate in waste sorting and resource recycling. In addition, smart lighting systems are widely used to save and reduce energy consumption. Through these measures, the company is committed to achieving an efficient allocation of resources, reducing environmental impact and providing teams with a healthy, comfortable and sustainable workplace.

Ricoh LATAM's presence and commitment to Latin America
Ricoh LATAM continues its coverage plan in the region by accelerating the digital adoption of companies in all sectors through a value proposition of digital solutions and services that generate exceptional technological experiences in the workplace, as well as increase the productivity of companies by automating critical business processes. All this, together with the contribution of the sustainability objectives of organizations.

One of the most attractive points of Ricoh LATAM's value proposition is the support of its entire portfolio of solutions by Ricoh Managed Services' IT managed services, processes and collaboration rooms, both remote and on-site, certified experts through 4 strategic centers in Latin America (Mexico, Uruguay, Colombia, Costa Rica) to maintain the optimization of the IT infrastructure, processes and collaboration rooms of all companies, regardless of their size.
