Event Boosterapp is born, the app for the Pro AV Rental channel

Latin America. California-based Booster Technology Solutions announces the launch of Event Boosterapp, an innovative SaaS platform for event hosting that facilitates fun and cost-effective networking for participants. 

With Event Boosterapp, attendees of fairs and congresses can contact each other and exhibitors, save products and expand information about speakers and experts, while organizers have new advertising and promotional spaces with which to generate income and loyalty opportunities.

"Event Boosterapp has been designed to meet a dual goal: to provide valuable data to exhibitors and event organizers, on the one hand, and to improve the attendee experience, on the other. The app brings to mobile devices the most relevant information -before, during and after the event- and fills the gap that existed in the sector regarding an easy to implement tool", explains Gonzalo Deustua, CEO of PMiT Holdings Inc. and creator of the app with the collaboration of Juan Carlos Chávez and Dresden Partners, Inc.

Event Boosterapp is especially recommended for the Pro AV Rental channel. Juan Carlos Chávez explains: "The Pro AV Rental channel is in permanent contact with event planners, administrators and executors. Every day they make rentals of audiovisual equipment. In this environment, our solution fits perfectly well, as Event Boosterapp is designed to add value to each of those events through an already known and reliable provider. In addition, our business model and Help Desk turn out to be very attractive for Pro AV Rentals."

Through the app, it is possible to register and manage attendees, lecturers and exhibitors. You can also enable multiple users with different levels of access to information, from the highest, with notification settings and access to sensitive data, to the low and intermediate levels, which include the printing of identification cards with associated QR code. All records are secure and reliable, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Push notifications and email submissions can be customized and segmented by stakeholders. Exhibitors, on the other hand, have a specific registration system to view and manage their data, QR codes and contacts of potential customers. Thanks to the data provided by the app, the exhibitor can reliably evaluate the results of the stand and its sales representatives at the event.

Unlike a simple informative app, Event Boosterapp allows you to "apptualize" an event in minutes. In addition to including detailed information on the agenda, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, announcements/banners and networking opportunities, it allows to capture leads or voluntary registration of data by attendees, in real time and with the possibility of exporting to an external database.

Exhibitors thus obtain a clear return on investment thanks to the capture of leads and sales contacts through QR codes and the fun networking system that encourages attendees to add and share contacts, with the possibility of using a private chat. The app also allows event attendees to save "My favorites", with the speakers, agenda items and products of their interest. Other added advantages of the app are the gamification options to streamline events and live anonymous voting systems.

Event Boosterapp is also customizable, with the possibility of using a generic template for all events or customizing it for multiple or single events. For companies and large organizations, there is the possibility of contracting an Enterprise license for exclusive use on their own servers. 

All-in-one and cloud platform
Based on the SaaS model, Event Boosterapp offers great economic flexibility, since the customer only pays per day of use. Exhibitors and attendees can also synchronize in the cloud all the contacts and information captured on their mobiles during the event. 

For event planners, this all-in-one platform, based on a cloud CMS, is a great help that relieves them of tasks and responsibilities. It automatically uploads all the information of the event to the system, in real time, generates a link for the registration of the event via web or mobile and facilitates the management of the attendees and the printing of identification cards.

The app is currently available in three languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese. To date, Booster Technology Solutions has closed commercial agreements with RLA SAV, a leading company in the Pro AV Rental sector that has offices in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Panama; and with Comunicaciones Globales, a Honduran company that has AV Rental operations in Central America and Panama. Immediate expansion plans include the North American region (Mexico, the United States and Canada). Together with RLA SAV, they have just been the suppliers of the registration table and app at the Provenco congress, which was held on April 1, 2 and 3 in Cartagena (Colombia).
