NSI Industries acquires Lynn Electronics

NSI Industries

International. NSI Industries, a provider of electrical, HVAC and construction technology product solutions for more than 45 years, acquired Lynn Electronics, a manufacturer and supplier of custom copper and fiber optic assemblies for the data center and broadband markets. Lynn Electronics, headquartered in North Wales, Pennsylvania, expands and strengthens NSI's connectivity solutions product portfolio.

"Being in business since 1964, Lynn Electronics is a well-known and trusted name within the low-voltage distribution channel," explained David DiDonato, CCO of NSI Industries. "Its reputation, extensive product lines and Corning Gold certified manufacturing facilities on both coasts make Lynn an ideal addition to the NSI platform by enhancing our broadband and data center offering for distributors."

In 2021, Lynn Electronics acquired a manufacturer of industry-leading data center and telecommunications products that increased Lynn's share of the data center/telecommunications market, strengthening its product portfolio, accelerating product development, and adding a third 11,500-square-foot building to the Lynn facility, allowing for faster delivery and higher capacity. These additions to Lynn will now expand NSI's presence in the telecommunications market.

"Our partnership with NSI significantly strengthens our position in the data center, broadband and, now, AV markets by adding the Platinum Tools and TechLogix Networx product offerings to our current portfolio," said Mike Boulanger, CEO of Lynn Electronics. "Many of these product additions are sold through each of these channels, and I'm excited to present such a holistic offering to our loyal distributor customer base."
