Teos Manage new Sony platform for workspaces

International. Sony has worked with customers and partners to develop a new range of solutions for corporate environments. Teos solutions are designed to transform spaces for employees and visitors with the aim of simplifying their work, improving collaboration and optimizing facilities management.

The first solution to be launched, Teos Manage, enables an optimized experience in workspaces where devices are interconnected, automated and controlled so that content can be shared and disseminated seamlessly. The management of all IP devices in a building, from screens to projectors, can be easily controlled via TEOS Manage.

It gives companies absolute control over their corporate communications in the work environment. It allows all Sony IP devices, displays, projectors and tablets, as well as other branded devices on demand, to be centrally controlled. In this way, devices can be easily grouped by building, floor or any other criterion to make it easier to send emergency alert content, digital signage documents and much more.

The solution also integrates with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook 365 and Google Agenda, as well as other on-demand platforms, making it possible to access room booking from any connected device. Planning tools make it easier to modify content in a timely manner or turn off devices automatically to save energy.

In addition to managing the content, Teos Manage facilitates its elaboration thanks to the integrated Signage Designer program, which includes functions to incorporate content from YouTube or other social networks and much more. The platform also provides an overview of the buildings, with a comprehensive dashboard that shows meeting room occupancy, content distribution, and sends alerts in case there are any issues.

Teos Manage can be purchased as software to manage existing infrastructure (either on-premises or in the cloud), or as part of a fully installed and integrated software and hardware solution.
