Latin America. Pam Hoppel Announced as Legrand's New President | AV for the North and Central American markets. As part of LNCA's CEO Executive Committee, Pam will drive all aspects of the AV business, including increasing customer satisfaction, operational excellence, sales, and market share growth.
Prior to joining Legrand, Pam held various leadership positions at Delta Faucet Company, where, most recently as Vice President of Commerce, she developed and implemented both the business and international vision, as well as the strategy to achieve profitable sales growth and above-market margin expansion.

She also served as president and CEO of Kidde, one of the largest manufacturers of smoke detectors and fire safety products in the United States.
"Comprised of nine brands and multiple acquisitions, Legrand | AV continues to be a leader in the AV space. Pam's experience outside of the AV sector brings an open-minded perspective to help the organization move to the next level of innovation and growth. She is a very commercially oriented person who understands customers, markets, the importance of service, and the complexity of management. I am excited to have him join the company," said John Selldorff, president and chief executive officer of Legrand for North and Central America.
