Latin America. Latin American brand representation firm Audio Americas has recently expanded its Commercial Division, adding new brands and expanding its staff of sales professionals.
In recent months, Audio Americas has begun representing Mersive Technologies, Niveo Professional, Structured Cable Products and the Nortek Security & Control group, which includes Furman, Gefen and Panamax, among others. These brands complement those already represented by the company, such as Symetrix, SoundTube and Stewart Filmscreen.
In addition to new brands, Audio Americas has grown its international sales team with the additions of Juan Carlos Chávez (ex-Christie Digital and NEC) and Philip Monypenny (ex-Audio Technica), who join the company's president, Matthew Garfein, and sales director, Felipe Vargas, the company's Commercial Division.
