Almo Digital Signage Services
All BrightSign training takes place via the web or by phone/screen sharing using brightAuthor software.
• Basic BrightSign training: overview of digital signage and BrightAuthor concepts.
• Player settings: Configure BrightSign players based on the end user's network, player location, and BrightAuthor communication method.
• Basic onboarding and concierge service: Almo handles basic presentation and media player setup and provides training on daily content management for basic content needs such as slideshows, videos, live TV zones, and simple RSS tickers.
Advanced onboarding and concierge service: an improvement of basic onboarding and concierge services and player configuration. Designed for projects with a scope of work that includes advanced integrations such as video walls, synchronized playlists, emergency messaging, and third-party content.
BrightAuthor Advanced Programming: Includes everything from interactive playlist development, control system integration to touchscreen interaction, custom scripts, and more.
