Brazil. Since July, Christie's customers in Brazil have a new space where they can discover the company's latest product offerings, as well as capabilities in different market segments.
Located in Vila Olímpia, the new Brazilian office occupies more than 300 square meters and includes a large seminar area, where partners and service providers will be trained in Christie products such as projectors, video processors, LCD panels, videowall with cube technology, along with AutoStack and Twist software technology.
"The new facilities will be used by our partners and end users as offices for customer meetings and demonstrations of all solutions, offering an unparalleled level of service and support," said Juan Carlos Chavez, Christie's director in Latin America.
The office has several specific areas, including an exhibition hall for live demonstrations, as well as an open and expanded space for sales, a special area completely dedicated to cinema and a Network Operations Center.
To meet the growing demand for products, solutions and services, Christie Brasil has hired new people. Since last year, the company has doubled the number of engineers and technical directors, having hired new sales managers to represent all Christie operating units.
Clayton Brito, Manager of Christie Brazil, commented that "We now look forward to welcoming our partners and customers to the new facility. They will benefit from our specialized training center and in particular the service area, which is a unique proposal for the manufacturer of projection systems in Brazil."
The official opening of the new offices in São Paulo was an event attended by customers and business partners, as well as members of christie's senior management.
