International. Equipson announced an agreement to purchase the industrial activity developed by Fantek, a Spanish manufacturer and marketer specialized in truss structures and lifting towers.
This acquisition involves the implementation of Fantek's know-how, aligned with Equipson's corporate strategy and in particular with the aim of differentiating its divisions into clearly separated areas: audio, lighting and towers. The sum of Fantek's industrial activity will strengthen the lifting tower division.
With this operation, Equipson incorporates a new factory and facilities, which translates into greater commercial and production capacities. This brings the company into a new phase where it will continue to invest in brand specialization and differentiation.
"Our purpose is to strengthen the specialization of our different brands, extend possibilities and offer a wider catalog of towers and structures to professionals in the audio and lighting sectors. Everyone at Equipson shares a deep commitment to them," said Juan José Vila, CSO of Equipson.
Fantek is a pioneer in the manufacture and marketing of truss structures and lifting towers. Since 1986, it has also become a producer of solutions for other companies.
