Therefore, agreements between manufacturers to accommodate standards that are included in all new equipment are news that we celebrate, as is the case of the HD BaseT alliance, which handles the 5play convergence, that is, HD audio and video without compression, internet, control and power supply.
The importance of this new standard can be seen from the process of creating it. The founders of the Alliance were LG, Samsung, Sony and Semiconductores Valens, but today the vast majority of manufacturers in the audiovisual industry have embraced it.
And it is that the HD BaseT stands out its ease to implement it, because it does not require any type of configuration. In addition, it allows the combination of equipment from different brands in a transparent way for the system, without the need for alterations or external interventions.
