International. As a result of the expansion it has had over the years in all countries of America, the company of English origin Calrec appointed Dave Letson as its sales director, being in charge of operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
The new executive has worked for the company since 2001, the year in which he joined as regional sales manager for the United Kingdom, and was later appointed as a representative for Europe and the Middle East. In 2011 he became regional sales director for the western United States and South America. In this role, he oversaw the creation of the new West Coast Calrec office.
Prior to joining the company, Dave Letson worked in the intercom market, and brings a rich experience in streaming and mixing console sales. "Calrec has enjoyed great success in the broadcasting market in the United States, where our consoles have become more popular, thanks to its strong performance, flexibility and ease of use."
In the fall of 2012, Calrec opened an office in Santa Clarita, California, to support clients in the southeastern western and central United States and western Canada. Dave Letson will report to Henry Goodman, Calrec's head of sales and marketing.
