The CTS serves customers by creating, operating and servicing AV solutions, while serving user needs on time and on budget. For its part, the CTS-I deals with the installation and maintenance of audiovisual systems following the specifications, schemes, codes and security protocols; manages the logistics installation process, troubleshooting, as well as troubleshooting tool and equipment maintenance systems, as well as communication with customers, designers, other professionals, installers and other personnel.
