Latin America. José Ramón Casado, Deneva's Customer Manager for Latin America, highlighted the signage systems produced by his company, which stand out for their versatility, interactivity, adaptability and focus on advanced analytics.

Throughout the conversation, the executive explained how these features converge to deliver highly effective and engaging digital signage experiences for a wide range of industries and applications.

What are the main solutions offered by the company?

How are you working to add value to your solution portfolio?
JRC: One of Deneva's key innovations is its focus on interactivity. We offer interactive applications that allow active participation by the target audience. This translates into more immersive and personalized experiences for end users, which can be especially valuable in retail, educational, or entertainment environments. This, together with the powerful data analysis tools offered by the platform, allows for continuous optimization of content and greater efficiency in visual communication.

Specifically, how are you taking advantage of recent developments in Artificial Intelligence?
JRC: AI integration is used to personalize content, improve audience analytics, and automate processes, adding significant value to the solution portfolio and improving operational efficiency. An example: AI makes it possible to predict the future behavior of the public, something like a digital crystal ball. Not only does this predictive capability help you make more informed decisions, but it also optimizes strategic content planning, ensuring you're always one step ahead. We can boast of having a powerful in-house development team that is always at the forefront of emerging technology trends, and we always try to make the most of those capabilities to offer them to our customers, through our solutions.

What market segments and business verticals are you currently focused on?
JRC: Deneva caters to various market segments, including retail, banking, catering and corporate environments. Its solutions adapt to various business verticals, allowing companies from different industries to take advantage of digital signage. Standing out among them, the transport sector has demonstrated effective synergy by combining Digital Signage with our Traveller Information Systems. This is clearly reflected in outstanding projects in Latin America such as Metro de Medellín or Metro Santiago de Chile. In general, we have large-scale and relevant projects such as BBVA Bancomer, Rolls Royce, Brittany Ferries and Burger King.

How is Deneva going to project itself in the Latin American market, in the short and medium term?
JRC: In the short term, Deneva will focus on consolidating its presence in the Latin American market through strategic partnerships with partners, integrators in the AV sector, and participation in key industry events. This approach is designed to enhance our business strategy, which seeks to establish synergies with integrators in order to add greater value to digital signage projects. These initiatives will enable us to successfully achieve the medium-term goals in which the company plans to expand its footprint, tailoring its solutions to meet the specific needs of the region and offering localized support to ensure long-term success.
