Peru. Within the framework of the celebration of LG's 25 years in Peruvian territory, the integrating company Dacer received recognition from this brand for its role as a strategic ally.
From September 15 to 30 of that same month, LG Peru was giving a 25% discount on purchases of selected products for Metropolitan Lima and Callao, as part of its celebration of its 25th anniversary, but also as a sign of its commitment to the development of new audiovisual solutions for its customers.
After the celebration of LG, the company specialized in unified communication, hybrid classrooms and audiovisual solutions Dacer, received recognition from the brand, "for being our strategic ally during these 25 years. Let's continue to lead the Peruvian market together." In that sense, in the magazine AVI Latin America, we had the opportunity to interview Alfredo Pereda, General Manager of Dacer, who explained a little more about the commercial relationship they have maintained with LG.
How did you start the business relationship with LG?
"Our relationship with LG Electronics Peru dates back to the beginnings of Dacer, at which time we established as a guideline to serve our customers with AV equipment of the best features or "Pro", because we assume the commitment to analyze our recommendations of screens, in light of the use that our end users will give in their meeting rooms, or in the spaces where they are required to be implemented, according to the architectural design.
Then, in that search for quality we began to witness the continuous technological evolution in the different models of the LG Professional line. In addition to receiving permanent training from our work team. Other points that strengthened that relationship were having been able to be in its training center in Panama and accompany this brand in its launches in different events.
What are the benefits that Dacer gets from using LG products in its integrations?
"We value the global support and guarantee offered by the brand. In addition, it has a presence in Peru with a technical service established in the 24 main cities nationwide. Both situations allow us to extend the guarantees of our customers, added to the constant innovation on the part of the brand, which is oriented to business solutions, as well as alliances with other representative brands in the same field.
Likewise, Alfredo thought it was important to mention that the benefits are not only summarized to the products, but also contemplates the professional staff that is behind the brand and that allows the development of the different opportunities of the market.
What was the last project in which you used LG-branded devices?
"The most important project developed this year has been the implementation of the board of directors and meeting rooms of the bottling company ATIC, a multinational company dedicated to the sale of water and sodas, part of the AJEGROUP group.
The project began with the renovation of the projector in the board meeting room, in which we proposed the installation of a 136" LED screen. This option was evaluated by the IT staff and later by the directives, with whom we demonstrated the performance of the proposed screen versus a 10,000 ANSI projector, from which they opted to choose the option of the 1.5 Pixel Pitch LED screen model LSCB015-RK-AWF, but requesting an even larger format than presented; A 160" option, for which the variables of room height, wall width and distance from the directory table to the screen were taken into account.
A Poly G7500 videoconferencing system with ceiling microphones, an audio system with an audio processor, a video matrix, table points, wireless projection system and room control were also launched in this room. It should be noted that this is the first large format LED installed in a directory in Peru. Additionally, 12 monitors of different formats, between 43" and 65", were also available for other meeting rooms of the same client.
How do you see the long-term business relationship with LG Electronics Peru?
"Considering the wide variety of products offered by LG, ranging from professional signage TVs, 24/7 information monitors, outdoor monitors, OLED monitors, LED panels, interactive whiteboards and comprehensive video conferencing solutions, I believe that ties are even tightened.
We will continue to develop projects together with Jaime La Cruz, Key Account Manager, and Ángel Torres Flores, B2B Commercial Manager, with whom we continue to bet on new opportunities in the B2B segment".
