Latin America. In October 2021 it was known that the Italian company Nice acquired Nortek Control and its entire portfolio of brands. One year after this acquisition, the name change from Nortek Control to Nice North America was announced.
This milestone strengthens the global Nice brand and consolidates its position as a power in North America. Partners, including dealers, integrators, builders and distributors, will benefit from its broad portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial solutions, deeper partner programs and expanded training and certification for the field.
As part of this transition, the company terminates Nortek Control and announces the convergence of several trademarks for the CI channel. By integrating ELAN, SpeakerCraft and Panamax into Nice, the company will progressively leverage its full portfolio of housing and building management solutions. This transition will take place over the next year.
