ONYX Essential is an encrypted USB key to enable 8 ONYX universes and to unlock OSC, MIDI and Timecode functions for PC systems. This compact key carries an ONYX license that is instantly recognized by onYX software.
It should be noted that no online connectivity or activation is required. There are different license levels available to suit the size of the show. The ONYX Essential key can be used on any PC and is not registered on specific hardware. The drivers are pre-installed with ONYX, which makes this key plug and play.
As details it has 8 universes, 2 DyLO zones, OSC unlock, MID and timecode and encrypted USB 2.0 device. Additionally, it has 5V per USB and a maximum current: 20 mA.
