The AT-USB-EX100-KIT Long Distance Extender Kit for USB Signals supports USB 2.0 data transmission up to 100 meters via a single-category twisted pair cable, overcoming the limitations of traditional wiring.
It's suitable for popular video conferencing apps like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, where USB components, such as laptops, cameras, microphones, and speakers, are often found in different areas of a room.
It is equally suitable for classroom environments to extend USB signals between an interactive touchscreen display and the instructor's laptop, or from a USB camera at the back of the room to the lecture capture system on a shelf.
The kit includes transmitter and receiver terminals. The receiver features four USB Type-A ports for peripheral devices, while the transmitter offers two of these peripheral ports plus a USB Type-B interface for connection to a host computer. Compact cabinets and included brackets allow locally powered devices to be discreetly mounted onto furniture, behind screens, or on top of projectors.
