Datapath has added to its range of powerful professional AV 4K graphics cards with the introduction of Image2K, designed specifically for multi-output applications and LED displays.
This card can seamlessly mix 4K and HD outputs, all at 60 frames per second, and its flexibility allows systems built with Datapath's VSN or iolite 600 chassis to use up to 8 Image2K cards, thus offering 32 HD outputs, 16 4K outputs or a combination of the two.
With synchronized outputs on all cards, it is possible to power multiple video walls and single-screen monitors from a single system, it is suitable for security suites, corporate office displays, retail signage or multi-wall video applications. An industrial-grade fan with almost zero noise is integrated along with the heat sink to ensure optimal operating temperature and efficiency are maintained at all times.
It has four HMDI outputs capable of a resolution of 2560x1600 @60fps. Users can also set this up as two 3840x2160@60, or one 3840x2160@60 and three HD (1920x1080@60) from the same card. The Image2K also supports 7680x1080@60, a solution for led displays of long billboards found in control rooms, sports stadiums and airports.
