International. Uniguest announced the acquisition of Tripleplay, a UK-based company, a market leader in the development of digital signage, IPTV and video streaming solutions.
The acquisition of Tripleplay complements the addition of Onelan in June 2018, creating a global leader for IPTV, digital signage and room reservation solutions. Prior to the acquisition, Uniguest operated more than 35,000 safe locations and more than 100,000 digital signs in more than 100 countries.
Tripleplay's award-winning IPTV solution further advances WITH ONELAN's digital signage solution to deliver live TV and video. With more than 5,000 server deployments worldwide and a global network of more than 100 integration partners, Tripleplay significantly increases the customer base while expanding Uniguest's footprint worldwide in stadiums and arenas, as well as in banking and finance.
