Mexico. In December 2014, the construction of the new Red Devils baseball stadium was announced. The team's new home will be the baseball building with the largest investment in all of Latin America with an initial cost of 56 million dollars and will have capacity for 13,000 people.
In addition to the stadium and baseball field, there will be a Hall of Fame, a baseball museum, restaurants, bars and many amenities for fans to have fun. This work will be part of the Ciudad Deportiva enclosure and is located next to the track of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.
The focus of this project is to build a space that can become the home of Mexican baseball and at the same time represent a significant social and cultural center in Mexico. That is why it will have elements that allow it to be integrated as a large public space as well as sports; with gardens, civic square and public square.
Logen is part of the team working to make this great project possible. Our participation includes the implementation of the Special Systems of the Stadium: Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Fire detection and Alarm, Property Management System or Automation (BMS), Vehicle Access Control, Voice and Data Networks and the Sound System for the area of stands and boxes.
Audio System. In sports and entertainment venues, the Sound System is of great relevance, because it is a fundamental part of the shows. A baseball game is much more enjoyable and is more exciting when there is a good audio system in the stadium.

The speakers will be placed on the roof of the enclosure at seven strategic points that are radiation points towards the area of main stands. Each radiation point is composed of a vertical inline speaker system known as a "Linear Array". Each array covers a specific area, determined by analysis and simulation software that ensures optimal audio levels throughout the entire area.
A linear array of speakers is a set composed of individual units that have the same frequency and phase response characteristics, so that when operating they behave as if it were a single speaker with the ability to adjust their sound dispersion according to the area you want to cover. They are usually hung or stacked vertically.
Linear arrangements at Diablos Stadium will provide an optimal option for pre-game announcements or halftime shows and with the integration of all equipment the system will be connected to the civil protection warning players and general stadium announcements. The NS-1 acoustic prediction software allows a correct simulation of three-dimensional coverage of each speaker array and the assembly. This means an excellent result in the intelligibility of voice and music, in addition to a great power.
Specific features of the Audio system
• Total weight of linear speaker arrays: 2,128 Kg.
• The entire system is powered by only 6 Amplifiers with integrated processing linked by an IP network.
• The energy consumption will depend on the level required: at the maximum level it can reach 360 Amperes and under normal conditions of use it will be less than 120 Amperes.
• Control from a digital audio console, with the possibility of enabling a tablet to control the system from any point that has wireless network coverage.
