Latin America. InfoComm International®, the trade association representing the $178 billion audiovisual industry worldwide, has changed its name to AVIXA™, (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association™).
This change reflects the expansion of the Association's objectives to become a pillar of the industry, while acting as a catalyst for market growth, beyond what has been considered as professional AV. It also represents a forward-looking approach that embraces the changing nature of technology.
It should be noted that the names of the fairs will not change and will continue to be called InfoComm
