Epson launches projectors for large rooms

Latin America. Epson introduced eight new PowerLite Pro G-Series projectors that offer advanced connectivity and installation flexibility in large areas for businesses, educational institutions, museums, and any major space.

Maintaining high-definition image quality on large surfaces was Epson's mission during the development of these new equipment. They offer three times the brightness of color than the main projectors on the market.

The new equipment in the Pro G-Series line (which includes the PowerLite Pro G6070W, G6170, G6270W, G6470WU, G6570WU, G6770WU, G6870 and G6970WU), provide real images and a color brightness and white luminosity of 4,500 to 7,000 lumens, including a new 6,500 lumens WXGA model.

Nowadays it is required to be connected, and for this reason, the Pro G Series projectors are also equipped with the Moderator function, so that users can wirelessly connect up to 50 devices, including computers, tablets and phones with iOS and Android™ system, and thus share the content of up to four screens of devices simultaneously.

"As AV technology continues to advance, integrators need solutions with more diverse connectivity options, as well as easy installation," said Sean Gunduz, Senior Projector Manager, Epson America, Inc. "We've been attentive to what our customers need and are introducing the new PowerLite Pro G-Series projectors with exceptional image quality and tools for easy integration into existing installations in virtually any space."

With integrated HDBaseT high-definition connectivity technology, for simpler installation, without the need for additional cables to carry Full HD video, audio, networking and control commands, the new Pro G projectors also support Simple Device Detection Protocol (SDDP) Crestron, AMX, Extron XTP and Control4. Hyperconnectivity and quality in high definition, indispensable features in Epson video projection.
