Argentine companies visit Colombia

Buenos Aires. The Argentine Chamber of Electronic, Electromechanical and Lighting Industries (CADIEL), together with the Export.Ar Foundation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will carry out their first trade mission in Colombia from April 14 to 17.
The upward trend in Argentine exports to Colombia shows the trend that has continued since 2000. Over a six-year period, from 2000 to 2006, growth of 321.3 per cent was achieved, with an average annual rate of increase of 28.2 per cent. During the last year Argentina sold 550.8 million dollars, which represents 2.1% of Colombian imports and 1.2% of Argentine exports.

This mission will have a small number of participants in order to guarantee greater efficiency in the interviews with potential local clients, which will be selected by the organization based on the profiles suggested by Argentine companies.
