The accelerated virtuality of the majority of the population is now a factor that allows us to recognize the magnitude of the problem that is had when there is a lack of continuity in the electricity service, since this has an impact on low productivity and also on large losses for some industries.
It is important to emphasize that mission-critical industries have greater sensitivity in any power outage, for example, recently a hospital in Santa Marta put more than 60 patients at risk for the interruption in service, not having a reliable backup and switching system.
