The new AV Bridge Mini is an audio and video encoder for conference and live streaming applications, with the popular features of Vaddio AV Bridge and AV Bridge Conference in a new compact half-rack size along with several major upgrades.

This device joins any audio source and high-definition HDMI in conferencing applications such as Skype, Zoom and WebEx via a USB 3.0 interface. Its HDMI input accepts 4K (2160p/30fps) signals, and encodes and scales appropriately to generate a simultaneous transmission of USB 3.0 and IP with 1080p quality.

Typical applications include video conferencing, conference capture for higher education, corporate streaming events, in addition to allowing system recordings directly on a laptop or other storage device.

The equipment works with PoE, which facilitates the extension of power and connectivity.
