Epson Mapping Challenge arrives in Cartagena

Colombia. Mapping Challenge Latin America, the artistic project that presents audiovisual projection shows in emblematic buildings and that has toured more than eight countries in the region, arrives in Colombia next Saturday, January 27. The Convention Center of Cartagena de Indias is the chosen setting for citizens to enjoy a fusion between technology, talent and the history of the country.

"The Mapping Challenge is a space that manages to merge art and technology with the culture of a country, it is an audiovisual show that brings together the talent and creativity of mappers, who through our video projectors offer an unprecedented high definition show of light and color. We are pleased to have as a stage the Convention Center of Cartagena de Indias, an emblematic place for Colombia and venue for major events," said Magda Zamora, Marketing and Communications Specialist for Epson Colombia.

For the assembly in Colombia, state-of-the-art video projection equipment will be used, such as the Epson Laser Pro L25000U, the first 3LCD laser projector in the world, with 25 thousand lumens, designed for dynamic and high-impact productions, offering high performance. This device is ideal for productions on stages, concerts and all kinds of professional installation, thanks to its sealed optical engine.

The show will have the theme "Stories of Peace and Reconciliation", which aims to convey a message of optimism and hope in times of peace. Forgiveness, reconciliation and an invitation to non-violence is what this artistic expression full of light and color invites.
