The new Premium EdgeMax ceiling or ceiling mount speakers feature patented Bose PhaseGuide technology that provides extensive sound coverage to fill the space in which they are installed and improve overall sound quality compared to the performance of conventional ceiling speakers.

Designed to be mounted right at the apex of walls, EdgeMax speakers project high-frequency sound in rooms up to 20 meters wide, using only perimeter mounting points, and can effectively cover an area that would require up to four conventional models of conical coverage. Thus, EdgeMax eliminates the need to install conventional ceiling speakers in the center of rooms or mount speakers on the surface of walls.
